Triathlon WA’s Trystars Skills for Life Program has been shortlisted for the 2016 Medibank Community Grant and we need your vote to win.
The Trystars Skills for Life Program is in the running to win $25,000 from Medibank to help us take triathlon out to kids in regional WA. The program is one of the lucky few to be shortlisted for the grant, out of over 300 applications.
To win the $25000, we now need your help. The grant is decided by public vote, so we need you to vote and share our story with as many people as possible and encourage them to vote. You can visit our Facebook page and share our post with your friends.
Designed for kids of any level, the Trystars program addresses all the FUNdamental movement skill of agility, balance, coordination, speed, running, jumping, gliding, buoyancy, throwing catching, kicking and hitting. These FUNdamental movement skills are important for participation in any sport and the Trystars program gives kids skills for life.
As well as consolidating programs in existing regional areas we are looking to extend the reach of the program to areas where triathlon is less established or there is less opportunity for kids to participate.
Voting is open from 12.00am Monday 9 November until 11.59am Friday 20 November. To vote go to www.medibankcommunitygrant.com.au.
