The Triathlon Australia Celebration of Champions recognises those who have made an outstanding contribution to the sport of triathlon in Australia.
Each year our sport benefits from exceptional contributions made by our officials and coaches in many ways.
To celebrate our champions, nominations for the Triathlon Australia Rob George Award and Age Group Coach of the Year are now open for members to nominate a coach or official who’s made an impact in their local community.
Nominations close 5pm Monday 3 October 2022. A nominee for each state will be selected by STTAs to be nominated for the Award to Triathlon Australia.
Nominate a Technical Official for the Rob George Award
The Rob George award recognises the valuable contributions made by Technical Officials to the Technical Program in their home state, who demonstrate a high personal commitment similar to that exhibited by Rob George.
To nominate a technical official in your state, complete the nomination form and submit it to info@triathlon.org.au

Nominate a Coach for the Age Group Coach of the Year Award
The Age Group Coach of the Year Award recognises Australian triathlon coaches who have demonstrated a commitment and dedication to coaching Australian triathletes and is provided in recognition of coaches who display excellence in all aspects of coaching at the Community/Age group environment.
Whether they’ve helped athletes achieve results at national or world championships, developed our future stars or shown a commitment to the overall development of athletes or coaches through mentoring and support, we want to hear from you.

High Performance Coach Award
The High Performance Coach Award recognises Australian triathlon coaches who have coached professional Australian triathletes to outstanding achievements in international level competition.
