Adam Wicks - Chief Executive Officer

Adam was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Triathlon NSW in July, 2017.

Adam has a strong background in sports administration having previously worked as an Executive Director for Gymnastics Northern Territory and Business Development Manager of Touch Football Victoria. Adam holds a Bachelor of Mathematics / Finance and a Masters in Sports Management from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Tom Bonnafoux - Clubs, Membership and Sponsorship Manager

Tom joined Triathlon NSW late August 2023.

Tom brings with him a wealth of triathlon knowledge and passion, having significant experience in many aspects of the sport including running a local Triathlon club (Manly Vipers Tri Club). Tom has a strong background in managing a portfolio of partners, media and sponsorship procurement and working in membership-based organizations.

Robyn Low-Hart - Coach Education & Pathway Lead

Robyn has been appointed as Coach Education and Pathway Lead responsible for facilitating Coach Education within NSW and the ACT.

Robyn brings with her a wealth of triathlon experience and passion, having significant experience in nearly all aspects of the sport. Robyn is the current head coach of the Central Coast Academy of Sport Program and has intimate knowledge of the Development Pathway having deputized as 'head coach' at TNSW camps previously.

David Williams - Technical and Event (Sanctioning) Manager

Dave is responsible for the sanctioning of every club and open event in NSW as well as the ongoing development of the Technical Official program. In his words "my goals are to assist event organisers to provide safe events, and to help technical officials to be the best that they can on the Field of Play and provide consistent interpretations of the Race Competition Rules, based on the environment of each situation and the context of each event".

In a previous life, Dave worked as an engineer, competed as an age grouper for 10 years, joined the technical program in 2005 and is now a National Technical Official.

Sue Horsburgh - Technical Program Manager

Sue Horsburgh has been a Technical Official since 2012. Sue has extensive experience as a senior official at Australian, Oceania and International triathlon events. Her role with Triathlon NSW is to oversee officiating in NSW by supporting the Triathlon NSW Technical Committee to appoint, educate, recruit and retain technical officials in NSW.

Nathan Breen - Member Engagement and Communications Coordinator

Nathan has been appointed to this role in December 2022, which has a direct focus on TNSW's engagement with clubs, members and the broader community through marketing and communications, including social media.

He comes to Triathlon NSW with a range of experiences within education and sport, specifically as a PDHPE Teacher, commentator, administrator and elite triathlete.
