The inaugural Event Organisers Seminar was delivered with great success on Sunday 20th May, immediately following the 2018 Triathlon Victoria Awards Breakfast. 

Aimed at club and smaller event organisers, the seminar covered topics from water safety, marketing, risk management and workforce & volunteer management.

Delivered by highly experienced event organiser, David Hansen, the seminar is designed to assist in the planning and delivery of safe, fair, fun and economically viable races.

One attendee said the seminar was a must for anyone wanting to learn from the best in best practices in event management.

"A fantastic presentation, presented by an engaging, experienced race director," they said.

All participants said they would likely recommend the seminar to a colleague, with over 80% of participants rating the course above average.
