Each year Triathlon Queensland supports a number of athletes identified through selection criteria. Triathlon Queensland provides team management and support at national events where Queensland Squad athletes attend and compete. Triathlon Queensland works directly with coaches, athletes and parents each season to complete Individual Athlete Performance Plans, focused around developmental improvements. |
Development of skill mastery and athlete conditioning Support to represent Queensland at Australian Championships and in the Australian Youth | Junior | U23 Triathlon Series. |

To become an Draft Legal Youth, Junior or U23 member, athletes need to complete a Bike Skills Endorsement, with a Triathlon Australia accredited coach. |
