The Triathlon Victoria AGM will be held this Saturday. Triathlon Victoria adopted a new constitution at the 2013 AGM, consistent with the Australian Sports Commission’s Sports Governance Principles (independent members, skills based, inclusive and with gender equity). The new constitution sets out that all board positions are declared vacant at the 2014 AGM.
