The 2022/23 Australian Championships calendar continues this weekend with St Kilda set to stage the Australian Age Group Sprint Triathlon Championships on Sunday 15^th January.

Based along Melbourne’s Port Phillip Bay the event kicks off at Catani Gardens. Triathlon Australia members will battle down bayside suburbs in hopes of securing national silverware at the first opportunity in 2023.

The fast, flat course is made up of a 750m swim, 26.7km bike, and 5km run, with spectacular views of the city.

The event will also provide an opportunity for athletes to earn a spot on Team Australia for the 2023 Australian Age Group Triathlon Teams heading to Hamburg, Germany and Pontevedra, Spain.
