And that's a wrap for Coach Appreciation Week 2020!
Last week saw the triathlon community take some time out of the chaos to say thanks.
Athletes and clubs jumped at the chance to celebrate the accredited community and elite coaches in our midst, with an outpouring of gratitude filling our social channels.
Lets take a look and see how some showed their appreciation:
Perth Triathlon Club Coaches thanked for their guidance through the maze that is triathlon and the awesome introduction to the sport.
Also for #ThanksCoachTA coach appreciation week, a throwback to February 2017 and the novice group that got me seemingly hooked on #triathlon. We were coached and guided through the maze by three excellent people @surianorob Rob “Slim” Wiles and @mishb77 (not pictured) Thanks to their efforts, I’m still part of @perthtriclub and truly grateful for the introduction they gave me to the sport. 😊

For all of you that don’t know this week is coach appreciation week. The crazy man next to me pushing me off my chair believe it or not is my coach, he is not only the best coach I know but also my best friend and know for a fact I would be absolutely no where without him! Thank you so so much stu ♥️♥️ #thankscoachta #thankscoachtwa #best #coach #ever #ultimatecoach #ultimateteam
Tri3Coaching showing Megan Hall some love.
Head Coach at Sunshine Coast Triathlon Academy, Toby Coote given some praise.
It was great to receive some good news that @sunshinecoasttriathlonacademy / @protector_aluminium Head Coach @tobycoote had notification that he had been nominated for Age Group Coach of the Year at the annual @triaustralia Awards night. Toby was selected as the Queensland nomination from @triathlonqueensland . It is very humbling as this is the 3rd time in 7 years that Toby has been nominated. The Awards Nights was to be held on Sunday 5th April but with the current climate of events has been postponed to a later date. It is great recognition of the service Toby delivers to his athletes and to the SCTA and Triathlon Community. Great timing as well as this week is TA’s Coach Appreciation Week 📸 @lbmedia__ #scta #ThanksCoachTA #lookafteryourcoach #triathlon #coaching. @protector_aluminium @vorgee @unique_health_products Products #CLIFbaraus @mizunorunningaus #mizunoaus @felt_oz #feltbicycles Allez Sport Mooloolaba @cannibalaustralia @intunesports @titanperformancegroup | @zone3australia @nutritionloveyaguts @rydgeshotels @kawana.aquatic.centre | @rackley_swimming @daoptometrists @qldtriseries | @_theeventcrew_ @recovery__room @prepdhydration
