SOME OF THE WORLD’S MOST EXCITING TRIATHLETES AND ADVENTURE RACERS TO HIT ANGLESEA THIS WEEKEND
Australian Olympic Triathlete Courtney Atkinson and accomplished British stuntwoman Daz Parker (The Da Vinci Code, Harry Potter and The Chronicles of Narnia) will be on the starting line for the inaugural XTERRA Great Ocean Road this Sunday in Anglesea.
The event will also see Ben Allen from Australia (2012-13 XTERRA Triple Crown Champion), Renata Bucher from Switzerland (2012 XTERRA Triple Crown Champion), Rory Downie from Scotland, Stuart Marais from South Africa and Anglesea local Peri Gray, join the starting line-up in their quest for a share in the $15,000 cash prize pool. Hundreds of other participants will also take on one of the four courses offered (Long Triathlon, Short Triathlon, Half Marathon (21km) Trail Run and 10km Trail Run).
