Speed, Stamina, and Spectacle: Inaugural Super Sprint Australian Championships Set to Thrill

The inaugural Super Sprint Australian Championships are set to be held on Saturday 1 April 2023 at The Redline Games at the iconic Sydney International Regatta Centre.

Athletes from across the country are eagerly anticipating the chance to compete in this exciting new event. For those looking to secure their first Australian Championships title, this is the perfect opportunity. 

With a deep-water swim start and a challenging 200m loop course, competitors will exit the water, mount their bikes and leave the Sydney International Regatta Centre (SIRC) for the out-and-back 10km course. The course then takes in a 2km run on the shores of Competition Lake, providing a spectacular backdrop for the race.

As the second last race of the Australian Championships calendar for the 2022/2023 season, this event promises to be a sharp hit-out for all competitors. 

Fast becoming a popular distance in Australia, the super sprint is an exciting race is known for its intense speed and fast-paced action. Athletes will need to be at their peak performance in order to come out on top. 

But it's not just about the competition. The Super Sprint Australian Championships is also a fantastic opportunity for athletes to step up to the start line and achieve a personal goal. 

With a range of events and activities planned throughout the weekend of the Redline Games, there will be plenty of opportunities for athletes, spectators and supporters to get involved and be part of the action, with the Redline Classic, Aquabike, Sprint and Ultimate races also being held on the Sunday 2 April following the Australian Championships.
