XTERRA World Championships 26 October Mauii, Hawaii


The world’s premier off-road triathlon, combining a 1.5-kilometer (1-mile) rough water swim, a 30.4-kilometer (18.89-miles) mountain bike and a 9.5-kilometer (5.9 miles) trail run best described as a tropical roller-coaster ride through pineapple fields and forests.

Nepean Triathlon 26 October Nepean, Australia

Nepean Triathlon is Australia's oldest triathlon, being held continuously since 1981. The Nepean Enticer and Nepean Triathlons are both held at the Sydney International Regatta Centre, Castlereagh Road, Penrith – home of the rowing and kayaking events in the 2000 Sydney Olympics.

Australia’s six-strong Glasgow Commonwealth Games triathlon team will be front and centre at the Nepean this Sunday for Australia’s longest running triathlon.

The race will see the return of defending champions Aaron Royle and Emma Moffatt who will be joined by their Games team mates Ryan Bailie, Dan Wilson, Emma Jackson and Ashleigh Gentle.
