VIS Triathlon Program Head Coach role
In conjunction with Triathlon Victoria (TV) and Triathlon Australia (TA), the VIS is seeking an experienced, innovative and passionate Triathlon high performance professional to join the team in the role of Head Coach.
Triathlon is a Tier 1 program at the VIS, providing support and services to targeted athletes and building on what are already outstanding results, including ITU World Cup and ITU World Championship Series race winners. Currently two Olympians are in the program, as well as a number of developing athletes.
The Program is primarily aimed at achieving the following goals:
a) Identifying, developing and working with talented Triathlon athletes to prepare them for elite level competition and ultimately international success
b) Achievement of the program and athlete KIPs
Based primarily out of the VIS headquarters at Albert Park, the VIS Head Coach will be the key contributor to the overall development and implementation of the VIS Triathlon Program. The position will manage the development and implementation of all areas of athlete performance.
