WEEKEND PREVIEW: WHAT'S ON THIS WEEKEND 17/04/2015

GATORADE QUEENSLAND TRIATHLON SERIES: ROUND 7 (SUNDAY APRIL 19TH)

After 6 highly successful events now completed, the Gatorade Queensland Triathlon Series will be heading back to Raby Bay for the 2014-2015 season grand finale this Sunday 19th of April. Fittingly, Round 7 is shaping up to be the largest event of the season with the Kool Kids event already selling out.

While the professionals and Age groupers will be racing for series championships, the event also features the popular ‘mates wave’ and for the first time, the ‘retro wave’, where participants are encouraged to dress up in triathlon outfits from the early years of the sport.

As well as catering for the up and coming triathlete, the Gatorade Qld Tri Series has events when anyone can give the sport a go with both the QTS Super Sprint (400m swim, 15km bike and 4km run) and the Rackley Swimming Short Enticer (200 swim, 5km bike and 2km run).

SCHEDULE:
6:45am Kool Kids Start
7:05am Enticer Tri Start
7:27am Gatorade QTS Triathlon Start
