If you've ever thought about donning the green and gold tri suit and representing Australia, there's no better time than a World Championships on home soil with the 2024 World Triathlon Age Group Multisport Championships heading down under to Townsville, Queensland!

With the event taking place from 15-25 August 2024, the Australian Age Group Team is an incredible opportunity for Triathlon Australia members to represent their country and race against the best in your age group on an international stage. 

Thousands of athletes from around the world are expected to take part in the 10-day festival that allows you to compete in various multisport races. Participants can even vie for the Multisport Legend, a title reserved for those who compete in four events.

There really is something for everyone at Townsville 2024 with seven disciplines on offer, and age categories spanning 16 to 100. The 2024 World Triathlon Age Group Multisport World Championships will host the following disciplines:

World Championship Qualifying Races are set to take place across the country in a bid to provide all members accessible racing opportunities.
