Triathlon Australia (TA) is seeking invitations for suitably qualified organisations to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of Membership Database services for Triathlon Australia and the State & Territory Triathlon Associations (STTA’s).

Triathlon Australia Limited (TA) is the peak body for the governance and delivery of the sport of triathlon in Australia. TA has 8 affiliated State and Territory Associations who work collaboratively on a “whole of sport” approach to the development of the sport.  

Key stakeholder groups include annual members, age group athletes, elite athletes, development athletes, event participants, coaches, officials, administrators, volunteers and race organisers.  

Triathlon Australia sanctions and oversees the delivery of local, regional, state, national and international events conducted in Australia - from grass roots enticer and kids races, through to ITU World Championship races. 

Tenders are sought from organisations, national or international, with the capacity and expertise to successfully deliver Membership Database services from 2020 to 2023/24 inclusive (specific dates to be discussed and confirmed upon appointment of provider). 

The successful organisation will need to demonstrate the necessary professional and technical competence, experience, quality assurance and systems to ensure TA and the STTA’s can deliver member services to the highest possible standard. 

The deadline for submission of the RFP is Monday 15th July 2019.
